The return of the product purchased from the Prime – Luxury watch Boutique is done as per the policy given below.

  • The customer can apply for the return of the product within 24 hours after receiving the product. Exceeding the time means the Return Application will not be accepted by the company.

  • The returned product must be in its original conditions. The product should be accompanied with the proof of purchase, the warranty card along with the original packaging of the product that includes manuals, hand tags, etc. in case of any missing of documents with the product, the return process will not be taken further by the company.
  • The Return Policy is applicable on the manufacturing defects only. The Product must be in the original conditions without having any scratches, marks or dents on it. If a customer fails to return the original one, then the return policy by the customer will not be approved.
  • After receiving the returned product by the company, the experts of luxury timepieces will inspect each part of the watch to ensure that internal mechanism of the watch has not been tempered or removed. The process of return is initiated only after getting the confirmation from the expert regarding the originality of the watch received.
  • The refund of the amount will be made within the 10 business days from the date the returned product is passed by the expert team of the company. The amount will be refunded to the same account that was used by the customer for purchasing the product from the company.
