The return of the produced bought from the Prime – Luxury Watch Boutique is done as per the policy given below.


• The return of a product applied by a customer must be completed within 24 hours after receiving the product. If the time exceeds, then the application of the customer will not be accepted by the company.


• To initiate the returning of a product, a Customer must contact the LUXURY WATCH HELPLINE (10AM – 9PM IST) +91 9830315007 / +91 9038443344 / +91 9748585555. After informing our team of support, a customer must courier back the product in the original state as received including the manuals, hand tags, etc. In case of any missing of documents with the product, the return process will not be accepted by the company.


• The return policy is applicable only on manufacturing defects only. The product must be in the authentic state without having any kind of scratches, marks or dents on it. If a customer fails to return the original one, then the return policy by the customer will be approved.


• After receiving the returned product by the company, the experts of the luxury watches will examine each part of the watch to ensure that internal mechanism of the watch has not been tampered or removed. The process of return is initiated only after receiving the confirmation from the expert regarding authenticity of the watch received.


• The refund of the amount will be made within 10 business days from the date the returned product is passed by the expert team of the company. The amount will be refunded to the same account that was used by the customer for purchasing the product from the company.
